Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support for our higher education customers. You will manage ERP initiatives, guide analysts and technical resources, and ensure enterprise applications align with customer outcomes and long-term roadmaps.
You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, drive process standardization, user adoption, and measurable improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and campus processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across multiple customers.
- Develop and execute ERP strategies aligned with campus goals and priorities.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive process improvement and technical innovation.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements; manage change and deployment.
