Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for higher education clients. This remote role in the US requires guiding strategy, governance, and optimization across ERP platforms while building a capable team to deliver scalable solutions.

You will partner with college leaders and IT teams to standardize processes, drive adoption, and influence the technology roadmap. Strong collaboration and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading ERP transformations, upgrades, and business change initiatives.
• Strong governance, security, risk management, and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Manage ERP roadmap and alignment with growth and objectives.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources; mentor and develop talent.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, integrations, and deployment activities.
