Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education clients. The role partners with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that drive operational excellence and standardized processes.

The ERP Manager builds and guides a team of analysts and technical resources, oversees operations, upgrades, and integrations, and shapes the long-term technology roadmap to align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk management for enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendors, contracts, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations and strategic initiatives across a higher education portfolio.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP platforms.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and innovations.
• Direct testing, release and change management, and system upgrades.
