Job summary

The University of Tennessee System seeks an experienced Support, Operations & Site Reliability Professional-IT Professional to deliver advanced ERP support across Financial Systems, HR, Payroll, and Maintenance. You will coordinate releases, document test results, and provide direct customer assistance to a broad university user community.

Under senior staff, you will enhance ERP functionality, perform functional testing, and lead efforts for continuous process improvements while collaborating

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of software support experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training/certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex ERP-related issues across Financial, HR, Payroll, and Maintenance modules.
• Coordinate release testing and user acceptance testing; document results and issues.
• Provide customer training and post-implementation support for ERP functionality.
