The role supports the ERP system (PeopleSoft SIS), data governance, and reporting operations, blending systems analysis, data analytics, and testing.

You will develop advanced queries, dashboards, and reports for institutional stakeholders, participate in UAT, and collaborate with ITS to align systems with academic operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft SIS and Academic Advising modules is expected.
• Strong SQL/query development and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Registrar related ERP (PeopleSoft SIS) processes, including configuration, setup, testing, validation, and enhancement implementation.
• Design, build, and maintain complex queries using SQL and PeopleSoft Query to support reporting and institutional needs.
• Lead ERP upgrades testing, coordinate issue resolution with ITS, and document test cases.
