Job summary
UCSF is seeking a techno-functional ERP specialist responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ERP components, integrations, and reports. You will support business and functional teams with configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across core ERP modules.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams on campus-based projects, often on-site with rotating schedules. Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle DB, and middleware experience are essential for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area.
- 5-7 years of hands-on ERP technical experience to develop, support, and integrate enterprise-wide ERP applications.
- 5-7 years of advanced ERP technical design, testing, deployment, and upgrade experience.
- Expert knowledge of ERP cloud reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP bank integrations, third-party interfaces, and cloud integration patterns adhering to IS3 standards.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL; able to develop complex queries.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, modify, and deploy ERP software components.
- Develop system interfaces and perform data integration testing.
- Create technical designs and specifications, and document changes.
- Provide training and on-call support.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold coding standards.
