Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for ERP issues and liaise with OIT and ITS.
• Configure and troubleshoot Banner ERP, Oracle databases, and related tools.
• Support users and ensure timely resolution of system issues and requests.
• Assist in SDLC standards, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with security, backups, and performance tuning of databases.
• Coordinate with vendors and development teams on enhancements and fixes.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and provide cost/time estimates.
