Revive Infrastructure Group seeks a Business Systems & IT Support Specialist to optimize ERP and related business systems across divisions, and to serve as a secondary IT support contact. You will help ensure data integrity and drive end-user adoption while collaborating with the Senior IT Manager and divisional leadership.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in a business systems, ERP support, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms; familiarity with construction, utilities, or infrastructure industry systems is a plus.
• Experience with project, safety, or fleet management software; familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system processes into clear, accessible training content and deliver it effectively in both in-person and remote settings.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
• Interest in and willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI tools.
• Experience providing general end-user technical support (e.g., hardware setup, account access, basic troubleshooting) in an office or field environment.

Mansioni

• Administer user access to hardware and software systems, including AI tools, per security and licensing rules.
• Provide supplemental end-user IT support and document troubleshooting steps; coordinate with MSP or Senior IT Manager as needed.
• Develop and deliver ERP training programs for new and existing users, adapting materials for in-person and remote delivery.
• Support post-implementation ERP evaluation, data validation, and process documentation.
• Assist evaluation and implementation of new operational platforms, focusing on safety, fleet management, and AI technologies.
• Create and maintain user guides and process documentation for consistent system usage.
• Collaborate with the Senior IT Manager to identify enhancements and collect user feedback.
• Provide backup coverage for IT functions during high demand or unavailability of the Senior IT Manager.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, QA during upgrades and platform transitions.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance related to operational data.
