We are seeking an experienced ERP Application Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP/application administration, user support, troubleshooting, system configuration, reporting, integrations, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in an existing application environment while partnering effectively with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Administer and maintain ERP and enterprise business applications.
Provide application support and troubleshooting for end users.
Configure ERP applications, workflows, security settings, and system functionality.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Monitor application performance and investigate system issues.
Support application integrations and data exchanges between ERP and other business systems.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries and database-related processes.
Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Support reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and application enhancements.
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Document application configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
Participate in testing, upgrades, patches, and application releases.
Provide technical guidance and support for ERP-related projects and initiatives.
5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise applications.
2+ years of experience in ERP/Application Administration.
Strong SQL and database skills.
Experience with ERP configuration, security, and user administration.
Strong application troubleshooting and technical support experience.
Experience supporting application integrations and interfaces.
Ability to analyze application and database issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
Experience with Tyler Technologies ERP or similar ERP platforms.
Experience with Power BI and/or SSRS.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Experience working in public sector, government, nonprofit, or similar environments.
Experience supporting ERP upgrades, implementations, integrations, or system enhancement projects.
