Priority Commerce is seeking a Delivery Lead for Enterprise Programs in Alpharetta. This role leads the Enterprise PMO tower, overseeing ERP/CRM/HRIS deployments and data platform work while coordinating with Finance, Sales, HR, and IT.

The incumbent will own intake and prioritization, ensure go-live readiness, and manage a portfolio of complex programs. The role emphasizes practitioner leadership, not pure people management, with a track record of delivering on business cases, controlling

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in program management, including named CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end.
• Experience leading a program where a business function owned the system and the requirements.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the largest active enterprise program end to end from business case through go-live.
• Oversee the Program Managers running multi-quarter programs and scale the team as the portfolio grows.
• Own the delivery standard for enterprise systems and transformations, including stage gates and go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor and systems integrator delivery and hold partners to commitments.
• Build closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and IT owners to keep ownership with the function while delivery rests with the tower.
