Job description

Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and Security At Allegion, we help keep the people you know and love safe and secure where they live, work and visit. With more than 40 brands, 14,000+ employees globally and products sold in 130 countries, we specialize in security around the doorway and beyond.

Additionally, Allegion is proud to be recognized with the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for the third consecutive year, earning distinction in both the employee engagement and strengths categories. This year, Allegion also received Gallup's With Distinction honor — a designation reserved for a select group of organizations that go above and beyond in building exceptional workplace cultures.

As an IT Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the full ERP lifecycle—from initial scoping through multi-site deployment—while actively leading process mapping sessions to optimize business processes. Bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, you will facilitate critical discussions and drive the decisions necessary to transform our Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain, and Distribution capabilities, including all integrated boundary applications. This high-impact hybrid role requires a blend of strategic program leadership and hands‑on business analysis skillsets. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

Remote: At Allegion, we recognize that great talent and breakthrough ideas can come from anywhere. That’s why this position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, with occasional on‑site visits as needed based on the role. Whether you're working remotely or collaborating in person, we're committed to providing the tools, support, and dynamic environment you need to succeed. At Allegion, your career thrives where innovation meets flexibility, empowering you to achieve your goals while maintaining a healthy work- life balance. While this is the current structure and we currently have no plans to change, we reserve the right to make changes to the remote schedule as needed at the Company’s discretion.

We are also committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities. If for any reason you cannot apply through our career site and require an accommodation or assistance, please contact our Talent Acquisition Team.

What You Will Do:
Program Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, objectives, and strategies that align tightly with organizational goals.
  • Lead ERP implementations from the inception of scope and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including project team members, internal contractors, and external technology integration vendors.
Process Engineering & Optimization
  • Map current-state ("as-is") and design future-state ("to-be") processes for a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Identify process gaps and uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency within the ERP ecosystem.
  • Take ownership of the Technology Roadmap to support the broader Business Transformation Roadmap, partnering closely with assigned business leaders to maintain and evolve the strategy.
Project Execution & Quality Assurance
  • Lead the execution of multiple projects within the technology transformation roadmap.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, and quality standards while monitoring progress and resolving issues across multiple facility rollouts.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, align with industry’s best practices, and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley).
Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive program sponsors, multi-site plant managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage expectations to ensure deliverables meet the specific needs of supply chain and manufacturing leaders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project implementation and user adoption across various manufacturing sites.
  • Anticipate resistance, facilitate organizational readiness, and lead user training sessions.
  • Establish effective reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and present regular, high-level status reports to senior management.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree, PMP, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an IT Program Manager successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Strong IT experience and understanding of manufacturing business processes, specifically Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Distribution, and boundary business applications.
  • ERP Implementation: Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred) from initial scoping and planning inception to full implementation and stabilization.
  • Multi-Site Experience: Proven track record of deploying systems and standardizing processes across a multi-site, potentially global, manufacturing company.
  • Methodology & Tools: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), business analysis frameworks, and proficiency in PM software/tools.
