Job summary

Allegion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Infrastructure and Operations initiatives, including cybersecurity remediations and modernization roadmaps, with global teams and remote work flexibility.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to align technical solutions, manage vulnerabilities, and drive project outcomes using Agile/Waterfall methods. Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading Infrastructure & Operations projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT or related).
• PMP, Scrum Master, CISSP/Security+ are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure refreshes, enhancements, and cybersecurity roadmaps.
• Track scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; adhere to portfolio processes.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Ensure value realization and clear documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support change management and successful user adoption.
