Job summary

Helpmates is seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in order management and ERP to join our Huntington Beach team. This on-site role handles quote creation, PO processing, order entry, and coordination with shipping to keep orders moving on time.

You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, manage high-volume orders in ERP, and collaborate with internal teams. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with pay at $25–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience specifically in order processing.
• Hands-on ERP experience for order entry and tracking.
• Experience handling quotes, purchase orders, and order documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer communication via phone and email.
• Enter and manage high-volume orders in ERP.
• Create and process quotes, purchase orders, and order-related documentation.
• Coordinate order fulfillment activities with shipping/operations teams.
• Provide order status updates and proactively communicate changes or delays.
• Troubleshoot order issues and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP.
• Support team workflow and take on additional tasks as needed.
