Job summary

A growing company located in Huntington Beach is seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join their tight-knit team. You will process customer orders and manage communications regarding order inquiries. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in order entry or customer service. The role offers full-time hours and a pay range of $24.00/hr to $26.00/hr.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Background in the consumer goods industry preferred.
• Comfortable working in-office and stepping into the warehouse as needed.

Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist (Onsite - Full Time)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

What You’ll Do:

• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide customer support and manage order inquiries via ticketing system
• Track shipments and order statuses; communicate updates to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain freight rate data and order tracking in Google Sheets and Excel
• Support order processing through ShipStation and SAGE (ERP system)

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or e-commerce order fulfillment
• Background in the consumer goods industry preferred
• Comfortable working in‑office and stepping into the warehouse as needed
• Strong communicator who’s not afraid to speak up and ask questions
• Tech‑minded with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Experience with freight rates a plus
