Aston Carter is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support customers by handling inquiries, entering orders into our ERP system, and coordinating shipments from Powell, OH. The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

The position is onsite in Powell, OH, Contract to Hire, with regular hours and a pay range of $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry across multiple platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, portals, and phone.
• Enter orders accurately into ERP for scheduling and production planning.
• Provide timely order confirmations, shipment dates, and required documents.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Sales to resolve issues.
