Job summary

Airtech seeks a Customer Service Representative to own ERP-based order entry and customer records. You will process high volumes of purchase orders, verify pricing and lead times, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Shipping and Logistics to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience is required.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service, order entry, or manufacturing-related experience.
• Typing proficiency of 40+ WPM.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Strong written communication and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to customers with professionalism and accuracy.
• Input a high volume of customer purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Review orders, pricing, availability, and lead times in the ERP system.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, credits, and returns through ERP workflows.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, Shipping and Logistics for accurate fulfillment.
