Job summary

Layup Parts is hiring in Huntington Beach, CA for a role at the operational hub between customers and production. You will own orders from entry to invoicing, keep buyers informed, and ensure accurate accounting through the ERP system.

You will communicate with customers across phone, email, and chat, provide real-time updates on completion and shipping dates, and coordinate with logistics to move orders smoothly. A strong eye for detail and multi-channel support are essential.

• Accurate data entry and documentation.
• Experience supporting customers across phone, email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Own order entry from start to finish in ERP.
• Send prompt order acknowledgements to customers.
• Provide real-time production/shipping visibility to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to process and ship orders.
• Route inquiries to the right team promptly.
• Handle escalations with sales and QC to resolve issues.
