Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Migration Business Development Manager for ERP Partners in New York. You will own end-to-end go-to-market strategies, drive migration and modernization programs, and collaborate with AWS sales and partner teams to grow revenue globally.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage business plans, and build scalable programs with ERP ISVs and SI partners to deliver customer outcomes on AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Core Cloud Technology Services experience.
• 5+ years of Business Application Technologies experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Create program strategy, lead build, deployment, and execution of programs to accelerate adoption of partner solutions on AWS.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to ensure a scalable joint GTM model for partner and customer success.
• Maintain AWS/partner business plans with clear mutual commitments.
• Build and scale programmes with field teams, marketing, and alliance groups.
• Provide regular program updates and lead periodic business reviews.
• Assist with customer/partner program briefings and accelerate thought leadership.
• Drive program execution including investments, training, and readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align resources and investments.
