Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Partner Migration Business Development Manager for ERP Partners to lead end-to-end partner and AWS go-to-market strategies.

You will build and manage programs to accelerate ERP partner migrations and modernization on AWS, collaborating with GTM teams and partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth globally. You will work across AWS partner and sales teams to understand business issues, drive adoption, and tailor programs that deliver measurable customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
• Experience with ERP ISV migrations and partner programs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across partner, sales and AWS to drive joint business growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute program strategy for AWS Partner ERP migrations and modernization.
• Lead cross-functional AWS teams to support GTM activities and scalable joint programs.
• Maintain and align partner and AWS business plans with joint customer activities.
• Build and scale field programs with consulting, marketing, and regional teams.
• Provide updates and insights through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and partner briefings.
• Drive investments, field-readiness, and operating mechanisms for partner-aligned programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resources and investment for partner programs.
