Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Migration Technical Business Development Manager to drive customer and partner engagements for migrating and modernizing workloads to AWS, including AI modernization use cases.

You will coordinate with AWS field teams to develop large cloud migration programs for US SLG/EDU customers and partners, shaping go-to-market motions and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Ideal candidates bring both technical delivery and business development experience with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
• 4+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5 years of experience in customer facing roles leading large scale transformation programs or extensive customer engagements.
• 3 years of experience developing, implementing, managing and executing field programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with customer application owners and development teams to determine workload development/transition status and develop migration plans.
• Deliver migration and modernization business cases and support account teams in driving commitments.
• Identify opportunities to build compelling proposals to achieve business value from migrations, including AI modernization use cases.
• Provide the path forward for customers to build migration plans and business cases and articulate AWS value proposition.
• Collaborate with technical and industry teams to drive consistent outcomes across engagements.
• Develop mechanisms to automate and scale migration and modernization across SLG/EDU using AI tools.
• Capture results and periodically present progress to executive leadership.
• Conduct customer briefings and present at events to advance AWS thought leadership.
