Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Migration & Modernization Partner Solutions Architect to accelerate customer migrations and modernizations through the partner ecosystem.

You will work directly with ISV and SI partners to build AI-powered migration strategies for Windows/.NET, SQL Server, and virtualized workloads on AWS. This is a hands-on, partner-facing role with engineering mindset, embedding with partner teams to write code, build integrations, and troubleshoot migrations while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and validate AI-powered migration and modernization solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and virtualized/VMware workloads using AWS Transform and AWS services.
• Embed hands-on with ISV and SI partners — writing code, building integrations, and unblocking live migrations.
• Design GenAI architectures and pipelines to reduce migration timelines and manual effort.
• Enable partners to integrate AWS Transform APIs and guide GenAI adoption.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to scale partner-led programs and inform the product roadmap.
