Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Migration Business Development Manager for ERP Partners in Seattle, WA. This role will build and execute AWS Partner Programs to help ERP ISV partners migrate and modernize on AWS, collaborating with GTM teams and partner networks to drive joint revenue and customer success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align resources, and measure program impact via senior reviews, ensuring scalable, repeatable migration and modernization initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking)
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience collaborating with partner and AWS sales teams to drive adoption

Responsibilities

• Create program strategy with partner and AWS teams to accelerate adoption of partner solutions on AWS
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to support partner GTM activities
• Maintain partner and AWS business plans with clear commitments
• Build and scale programs with field teams across departments
• Lead periodic business reviews to share trends and insights
• Advance AWS thought leadership on deployment, migration and modernization of partner solutions
• Drive program investments and field readiness to achieve joint ROI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resources and investments
