Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Migration Technical Business Development Manager to engage with US Federal customers and partners on migrating and modernizing workloads to AWS.

You will drive customer engagements, build business cases for migration, and lead cross-functional programs leveraging AI modernization and 1-Step AI initiatives. The role requires strong delivery and business development skills, working with AWS field teams to scale migrations, and collaborating across sales,

Qualifications

• 6+ years working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (e.g., mainframe, serverless, containers, cloud operations).
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• 5 years in customer-facing roles leading large-scale transformation programs or extensive engagements.
• 3 years developing, implementing, managing and executing field programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with customer application owners to determine workload development/transition status and create migration plans.
• Drive migration and modernization business cases to support accounts and regional teams.
• Identify opportunities to build proposals for business value from migrations, including AI modernization use cases.
• Provide the path forward for customers to build migration plans and business cases with AWS value proposition.
• Collaborate with technical and industry teams to drive consistent outcomes across engagements.
• Build mechanisms to automate and scale migration across the Federal vertical using AI/agentic tools.
• Capture results and present progress to executives.
• Conduct customer briefings and present at events to advance IT transformation thought leadership.
