Job summary

Pegasus in New Jersey seeks an IT Business Development Executive to drive ERP software growth, identify opportunities, and engage with prospective clients. You will represent Pegasus at conferences and events, build leads, and expand the company’s IT solutions footprint.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing or sales for IT hardware/software, plus strong English and Arabic communication, negotiations, and presentation skills. Kuwait driving license may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business/ Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales experience with strong marketing orientation.
• Experience in IT Hardware/Software solutions sales with functional/technical knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation and follow-up skills.
• Must have Kuwait Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Business development for ERP software business activities.
• Actively participate in advertising, distribution and marketing of the goods & services of the company.
• Representing the company at conferences, meetings, seminars, etc.
• Create leads & identifying new potential clients/opportunities for the company.
• Fully understand the IT products, services & solutions.
