Job summary

Allegion seeks an IT Business Analyst for Supply Chain to bridge operations and technology globally. You will define requirements, design scalable solutions, and integrate ERP with ancillary systems. You will drive data governance, author FDDs, and lead UAT and cutover activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, usage of SQL and Power BI for insights, and strong communication with senior stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Business Analyst experience supporting large manufacturing, distribution, or multinational supply chain operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Experience leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of master data, ERP, data governance, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to write Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and perform UAT.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and streamline processes for global supply chain.
• Author FDDs and configure core supply chain modules in D365.
• Evaluate third-party systems and optimize data governance.
• Use SQL and Power BI to troubleshoot data and provide insights.
• Lead testing (UAT) and guide cutover post-go-live.
