Allegion plc in the United States is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain to analyze, define, and deliver technology solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations. You will bridge operations and IT, translate business needs, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX with ancillary platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in large manufacturing, distribution or multinational supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of functional ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Domain knowledge in procurement, inventory, warehouse, supplier operations, planning, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between operations and IT by defining requirements, streamlining processes, and designing scalable solutions aligned with global strategies.
• Author FDDs for Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, configure core supply chain modules, and collaborate with developers on extensions and integrations.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party systems to boost end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Champion data governance across master data, using SQL and Power BI to troubleshoot data issues and provide insights.
• Lead end-to-end test scenarios, UAT, global cutover, hypercare, and training materials for user adoption.
