Job summary

Allegion is hiring a Supply Chain IT Business Analyst to analyze, define, and deliver robust technology solutions for end-to-end supply chain operations. You will bridge operations and IT, translate requirements, champion data governance, and integrate ERP with ancillary platforms.

Responsibilities include authoring FDDs, configuring D365 F&O modules, leading UAT, and guiding global cutover and hypercare. Remote work is supported with on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years as IT Business Analyst supporting large manufacturing, distribution, or multinational supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of functional ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012.
• Functional knowledge across core supply chain pillars: procurement, sourcing, vendor master, BOMs, WMS, inventory, SOMI/VMI, RMA, GTC.
• Experience with data governance, master data management, and integrating ancillary systems.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Serve as functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX and document FDDs.
• Configure core supply chain modules and design integrations with third-party tools.
• Drive data governance, master data validation, and end-to-end testing strategies.
