Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain to bridge operations and technology, translating requirements and optimizing processes across procurement, inventory, and planning. You will work with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, author FDDs, and support integrations with third-party systems.

You will champion data governance, leverage SQL and Power BI for insights, and drive end-to-end testing, user adoption, and training across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in manufacturing, distribution, or global supply chains.
• 3+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Domain knowledge across core supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, WMS, and planning.
• Experience supporting integrations with peripheral supply chain applications.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Bridge operations and IT to define requirements and streamline processes.
• Document Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configure core supply chain modules.
• Lead UAT, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Use SQL and Power BI to validate data and provide actionable insights.
