Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain to bridge operations and technology. You will translate business requirements, define scalable solutions, and champion data governance across ERP and ancillary systems.

Responsibilities include authoring FDDs for Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, configuring core supply chain modules, integrating third-party tools, and enabling end-to-end visibility with SQL and Power BI. Travel 10–20% globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business or related field.
3+ years as IT Business Analyst for large manufacturing, distribution, or multi-national supply chain.
3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012 as functional knowledge.

Responsibilities

Bridge operations and IT by defining requirements and designing scalable, future-state solutions.
Author FDDs and configure core supply chain modules; collaborate with developers to build extensions and integrations.
Champion data governance across master data, use SQL and Power BI for validation and insights.
