Job summary

Allegion, a global leader in safety and security, is seeking an IT Business Analyst - Supply Chain. You will bridge operations and IT, translate business requirements, govern data, and integrate ERP with ancillary systems to optimize procurement, inventory, and planning across worldwide Supply Chain teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, development of FDDs, and delivery of scalable, future-state solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O/AX 2012, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as IT Business Analyst for large manufacturing, distribution, or multinational supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and streamline processes with cross-functional leaders to align with global strategies.
• Author Functional Design Documents and configure core supply chain modules, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party ancillary systems to boost end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Drive end-to-end test scenarios, lead UAT, guide global cutover, and develop training materials for sustained adoption.
