Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Data entry skill is required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience working in a customer service/order entry environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to recognize inconsistencies in data, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry.
• Professional phone manner.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact customers to take orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Process sales representative orders, pricing, and credits related to customer orders.
• Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available from the inventory and distribution management software.
• Other duties may be assigned.
