Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound email orders and accurately enter them into the ERP system.
• Communicates with customers to clarify order details as needed.
• Identifies and reports discrepancies or issues with orders.
• Coordinates with sales, customer service and pricing teams to resolve order issues.
• Maintains organized records of all orders and related documents.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned by management.
