Zilka & Company in Allentown, PA is seeking a full-time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to handle orders, maintain ERP records, and support customers.

The ideal candidate will multitask, communicate clearly, use Excel and the ERP system, and ensure accuracy and timely responses, with a strong focus on data integrity and service quality.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and professional phone manners, with Monday–Friday daylight hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Data entry skill is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in a customer service/order entry environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills.
• Must be able to recognize data inconsistencies, work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidates must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and have knowledge of and experience with ERP software, Excel, and data entry. The candidate must also have strong multi-line telephone skills, be able to meet deadlines, and have strong organizational skills.
