Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilitating training, workshops, or team workshops.
• 2+ years of experience in education, training, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in driving technology systems adoptions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates instructor-led sessions focused on resilience, communication through change, and team alignment during ERP transition.
• Coaches managers and teams in navigating uncertainty and new ways of working.
• Coordinates logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and materials preparation.
• Collects and analyzes participant feedback to inform continuous improvement.
