University of Georgia is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support ERP implementation by delivering training, engagement sessions, and OD/change management efforts. Position Summary
The Change Management Specialist supports organizational change initiatives by delivering training and engagement sessions and contributing to organizational development (OD) and change management efforts, particularly in support of ERP implementation. This role assists in conducting organizational assessments, supporting the development of OD and change plans, and contributing to the implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and adoption. The position may support program development, facilitate workshops, and analyze feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.
Scope of Work
Key responsibilities:
Work Schedule – Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., on‑site in Athens, Georgia.
Compensation
$44,494 – $66,674 (commensurate with experience).
Duration
Limited‑term appointment, initial 2‑3 years, ending December 2028. Potential for extension or transition to a regular position depending on project needs and funding.
