Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking an Organizational Development and Change Management Consultant in Athens to design and implement strategies that align people, processes, and technology during ERP adoption. You will partner with UHR and campus units to minimize resistance, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and build training programs that drive lasting change across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in organizational development or change management.
• 2+ years leading large-scale system implementations.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transition and change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Develop organizational development plans aligned with HR strategy.
• Collaborate across HR departments and units to implement change initiatives.
• Conduct readiness assessments and collect feedback to refine programs.
• Support ERP adoption by training and communication planning.
