Job summary

Cross Country is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP resources to document processes, execute scripts, validate outputs, and help ensure go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, cross-functional communication, and meticulous testing discipline in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or readiness activities.
• Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills to review detailed billing outputs, identify variances, and document findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Business Scenario Development with cross-functional leads to document end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing.
• UAT Test Execution: run scripts, document results, capture evidence, verify billing outputs align with requirements.
• Parallel Testing: validate transactions, compare results, research discrepancies, escalate variances.
• Billing Validation: review calculations, invoices, project billing scenarios, adjustments, downstream impacts.
• Defect Identification and Tracking: clearly document scenarios, evidence, and outcomes in project trackers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with consultants, IT, PMs, SMEs, and billing leaders to resolve issues.
• Process Documentation: assist with future-state billing processes, job aids, and readiness materials.
• Reporting and Status Updates: provide updates on testing activities, risks, defects, and readiness.
