Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP implementation with emphasis on UAT and parallel testing for billing scenarios. You will work with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and ERP teams to document scenarios, run scripts, validate outputs, and help readiness for go-live.

The role requires 2+ years in billing/ERP operations and strong analytical and Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and health-care staffing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, healthcare admin, or related field is desired.
• 2+ years in billing, revenue ops, ERP, finance ops, project accounting, staffing ops, or related business process experience is desired.
• 2-5 years’ experience in UAT, parallel testing, system implementation, or billing readiness activities is required.
• Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and parallel testing.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, and gather evidence for validation.
• Support parallel testing by validating billing transactions and researching variances.
• Review billing calculations and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document defects clearly with scenario details, evidence, and retest outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing issues and secure sign-off.
