Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP implementation with a focus on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You’ll partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and other ERP resources to document scenarios, run test scripts, validate outputs, and help ensure readiness for go-live.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with UAT and billing processes in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or healthcare administration.
• 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related business process experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities.
• Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review detailed billing outputs, identify variances, and document findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain business issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, diligence, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced project.
• Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably healthcare, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, and ERP workstreams to identify and document end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, gather evidence, and confirm Oracle ERP outputs meet business requirements.
• Support Parallel Testing by validating billing transactions and resolving variances.
• Review billing calculations, invoices, contracts, and downstream impacts for accuracy.
• Document testing defects with scenario details, evidence, expected vs. actual results, and business impact.
• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business SMEs to resolve testing issues and obtain sign-offs.
• Assist with documenting future-state billing processes, job aids, testing evidence, and readiness materials for production Billing.
• Provide timely status updates on testing activities, risks, defects, and retesting progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
