Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP testing with emphasis on UAT and parallel testing for billing scenarios.

You will collaborate with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP resources to document scenarios, execute scripts, validate outputs, identify defects, and ensure readiness for go-live. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and reporting, with a focus on producing reliable billing results

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or related field is desired.
• 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, or related experience is desired.
• 2-5 years' experience supporting UAT, parallel testing, or readiness activities is required.
• Oracle ERP exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and parallel testing with cross-functional teams.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, and capture evidence for validation.
• Validate billing transactions and outputs, researching variances and escalating issues.
• Review billing calculations and customer invoice outputs for accuracy.
