Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP implementation with emphasis on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will partner across Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP teams to document business scenarios, execute scripts, validate outputs, identify defects, and support go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in billing, revenue ops, ERP, or finance ops preferred.
• 2-5 years supporting UAT, testing, or go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and parallel testing.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, collect evidence.
• Validate billing transactions and compare Oracle ERP outputs.
• Review billing calculations, invoices, and contract/project billing.
• Document defects with steps, evidence, expected vs. actual results.
• Coordinate with IT, ERP team, and business SMEs to resolve issues.
• Create future-state billing process docs and job aids.
• Provide status updates on testing progress and risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
