Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is looking for an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support the Oracle ERP implementation, focusing on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios. You will partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP teams to document business scenarios, execute test scripts, validate outputs, identify defects, and help ensure readiness for go-live.

The role requires 2–5 years in testing and billing, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with ability to review billing outputs and research variances.
Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
Proficiency with Excel and testing trackers to manage evidence and logs.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, healthcare administration, or related field is desired.
2–5 years' experience in billing, revenue operations, ERP, or related business processes.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing.
Execute UAT test scripts, document results, and collect supporting evidence.
Support Parallel Testing by validating billing transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Review billing calculations and contract/project billing to ensure accuracy.
Document defects with scenario details, evidence, and retest outcomes.
Coordinate with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and ERP workstreams to resolve issues.
Assist with process documentation and readiness materials for production Billing.
