Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios, collaborating with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to document tests, execute scripts, validate outputs, and help ensure business readiness for go-live.

The role requires ~2+ years in billing or ERP operations, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• ~2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related business process experience is desired.
• ~2-5 years’ experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities required.
• ~ Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required.
• ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to review detailed billing outputs, identify variances, research root causes, and document findings clearly.
• ~ Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, and ERP workstream leads to identify, document, and maintain end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing.
• UAT Test Execution: run test scripts, record results, provide evidence, and confirm ERP billing outputs meet requirements.
• Parallel Testing Support: validate billing transactions, compare results, research variances, and escalate as needed.
• Billing Validation: review invoice outputs, contract/project billing scenarios, adjustments, and downstream impacts on AR.
• Document testing defects with scenario details, evidence, expected vs. actual results, and business impact.
• Collaborate with consultants, IT, and business leads to resolve issues and support sign-off activities.
• Assist with documenting future-state billing processes, job aids, testing evidence, and readiness materials.
• Provide timely updates on testing activities, risks, open defects, and retesting progress.
