Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support the Oracle ERP implementation with a focus on UAT and Parallel Testing for billing scenarios.

You will collaborate with Billing, AR, Payroll, IT, and ERP teams to document business scenarios, run test scripts, validate outputs, and help ensure readiness for go-live. The role requires 2+ years in billing/ERP operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, IT, or healthcare administration.
• 2+ years in billing, revenue ops, ERP, or related business ops.
• 2-5 years supporting UAT, testing, or readiness activities.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for data review and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios with cross-functional teams.
• Execute UAT test scripts and document results with evidence.
• Support parallel testing and investigate discrepancies.
• Review billing calculations and customer invoice outputs for accuracy.
• Document defects with steps, evidence, and impact.
• Coordinate with IT, project managers, and billing leads.
• Document future-state billing processes and job aids.
• Provide status updates on testing activities and risks.
