Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ERP Testing & Billing Analyst to support Oracle ERP UAT and Parallel Testing for business billing scenarios.

You will work with Billing, AR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and ERP teams to document scenarios, run tests, validate outputs, identify defects, and help ensure readiness for go-live. Responsibilities include developing end-to-end billing scenarios, executing UAT scripts, and coordinating issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, healthcare administration, or related field desired.
• 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related experience desired.
• 2-5 years' experience in UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities required.
• Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end billing scenarios for UAT and Parallel Testing with cross-functional teams.
• Execute UAT test scripts, document results, gather evidence, and verify billing outcomes.
• Support Parallel Testing by validating billing transactions and researching variances in ERP outputs.
• Review billing calculations, customer invoices, contracts, and downstream AR impacts for accuracy.
• Document defects clearly with scenario details, evidence, results, and business impact.
