Qualifikationen

• Competent in applying nursing process within ERD guidelines.

• Assess patients on admission and during stay, plan and document care.
• Provide nursing care and communicate with physicians and team.
• Deliver bedside shift reports and coordinate with staff for continuity.
• Ensure patient safety, medication safety, and accurate documentation.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and participate in mandatory trainings.
