Job summary

St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the care continuum.

You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing and RN licensure in TX, with CPR/BLS and at least one year of experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• At least 1 year RN experience required.
• Registered Nurse licensure in TX required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care across physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate the plan of care with patient/family education.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and ensure safety.
• Reassess and adjust care plans based on patient progress and physician input.
• Receive and relay shift reports ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain safe patient care environment and report safety concerns.
