Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing with TX RN license upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Develop and document care plans with patient/family.
• Prepare patients for treatments and coordinate with team.
• Reassess and adjust care based on patient response.
• Provide Bedside Shift Report to ensure continuity.
