Job summary

St. Luke's Health-Sugar Land Hospital in Texas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports patient well-being and recovery.

You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment. A valid TX RN license and BLS/ACLS are required or pursued per policy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required).
• Associate Of Nursing (required).
• Registered Nurse: TX (required).
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days (required).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months (required).
• Bachelor’s Of Nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and during stay; notify changes to physician.
• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document care and discharge plans.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; report changes to the team.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care.
• Provide bedside shift reports with family participation.
• Maintain safe environment and report safety concerns.
