Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Competence in RN performance expectations or equivalent experience.
• TX RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.
• NICU/Neonatal resuscitation program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Design and document care plans and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for procedures and coordinate with physicians.
• Reassess patients and modify care as needed.
• Provide detailed bedside reports for continuity of care.
• Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe environment.
